A phenomon I have seemed to notice is some of those who have web pages finished, seem to brag about how they are actually finished, unlike most of the sites on the net. Sure, it kinda sucks to go to a site full of dead links, but as long as the respective owner is making reasonable progress, there is no reason to bitch. There are some of us who constantly update our sites, therefore, ours sites are never finished. Why have a site that never changes? If you have a stationary site, people don't come back because they know that it is same shit, different day.
